Sodeval SA host the Genilem antenna for the Valais canton. Genilem is a non-profit organisation, which coaches new entrepreneurs during the first years of operations.
The Genilem coaching is based on a French methodology, which focuses on the two main reasons of failure for new companies, that is:

- close management of working capital
Apart from the Genilem service, Sodeval SA also provides general information related to the establishment of a new company.
