| CCF SA is unique among economic promotion organizations in Europe. Unlike most other Swiss cantons and European countries where this activity is carried out by the government, Valais prefers to work through a private company.
CCF SA is a financial intermediary dedicated to Valais small and middle-sized companies. CCF SA can then concentrate on the improvement of its financial analysis, risk assessment and management coaching services.
Financial activity is CCF SA’s core business. CCF SA is able to propose the adequate financial incentives all along a company’s or a project’s lifecycle, from the seed phase (by CCF SA or the Valais Club of Business Angels), through the start-up and the expansion phases up to the development or the restructuring phases (through CCF SA or the OVAC).
Financial incentives are available under the following forms: equity financing, either through direct participations or shareholders loans debt financing, trough the grant of guarantees on bank loans and partial takeover of financial charges associated to bank loans direct contribution to the contracting of external consultants tax exemptions (full assistance provided for the request to the local authorities)
CCF SA is a corporation with a nine-member board of directors and permanent commissions covering key business sectors. Seven economists carry on research and serve as consultants.
